About JEDIDAH

Jedidah Karanja is a leadership coach, and author. She specialises in coaching individuals and teams committed to uncover their purpose, connect, and transform their lives by pursuing their goals decisively. She is the founder and CEO of Jedy Karanja Coaching Practice.

Her academic qualifications are in business management, coaching, executive management development, and learning. Jedidah is also an accredited practitioner of HBDI, and utilises a wide range of tools in her practice.
Most recently, Jedidah implemented a ground-breaking leadership program for St Vincent de Paul Society, NSW. Working in partnership with Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), Jedidah played the critical end-end role for that program, from design, implementation, to evaluation.
