About Kerrie

Kerrie Sheaves has been married to Tim for over 25 years, and together they have raised 2 children Alec (21) Tzara (17).

She serves as the CEO of Success Works Partners a charity that mentors and places women with a criminal record into paid employment. She is also the CEO and Co-Founder of NFP Ocean an online platform that provides a bridge between NFP organisations and Service Providers, and is the Founder and Managing Director of the small business solutions company Foundational Business Pty Ltd.

She has worked with micro and small business owners helping them grow their businesses for over 15 years through the Foundational Business Centre, Foundational Business Consulting, and Foundational Non-Profit Consulting.

Kerrie has served as the Chair of Sydney Hills Business Chamber since 2020, the peak business support agency in the Northwest Sydney, and she also serves as a Member Elected Councillor on the State Council for Business NSW and the Regional Advisory Council for Business Western Sydney.

Kerrie is passionate about encouraging Christians to live and share their faith in their homes, workplaces, and businesses through their life example.
