About Lola

Lola is a highly resourceful woman with diverse skills. She grew up in Nigeria and migrated to Australia over 18 years ago. Lola has her First Degree in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from the University of Western Sydney. At the end of her studies in University of Western Sydney, she was inducted into the Golden Key International honour Society, the world largest collegiate honour society opened to only top 15% of college and university graduates, juniors and seniors, as well as top-performing graduate students in all fields of study, based solely on their academic achievements.

She worked with St George Bank for over 16 years. During her time with the bank, she won various wards, such as the most enterprising staff of the branch and branch Sales person of the month. In addition, Lola is also an accomplished entrepreneur and currently runs her Event Management Business, Kiks Events and Weddings and have been doing so for over 25 years.

Lola is passionate about seeing women getting transformed through God’s word and be positive influence to the world. She is the founder of Women With Purpose Conference, a non –for – profit organisation that inspires, empowers and transforms women to maximise their potential and fulfil their purpose. She is an inspirational speaker and organises financial and business seminars. She is an inspiring conference speaker, passionate and love to motivate people to fulfil their potential and purpose through the power of the Holy Spirit. She is married to Ps Ayo, Lead Pastor for Leadway Church and a mother to three beautiful girls, Dami, Toyosi and Kemi.
